Having some money is always good but you also have to know where to put it so it works for you.

I am not an expert when it comes to money but I do know if you have it sitting in a savings account at the bank you are wasting your time and your money.

Your money should be earning you around 5% interest at the least. If you can get more its better for your wallet so I plan on having a forum section for just this subject.

I do a ton of reading on the subject of money and when I see something that can earn a few dollars I will pass it on. I am sure there will be others that can share wisdom they have accumulated over the years also.

They don't teach finance in schools like I feel they should that is why most of the country is in credit card debt and still living above their means. It is a shame and I am sure that it is only a matter of time before the government pulls in the reins on this credit card interest rates that the credit card industry is allowed to charge you.
